Lake, Lake, Lake

We have spent a lot of time on our boat and at the lake this summer.  It has been fun and so special to enjoy it with friends, both old and new.  

The tube has been a hit and we only had one wipeout so far---3 year old Lydia and she came up saying "I want to do that again!"

Bryan loves to ski and then is so sore because we are old.

Leigh Leigh and the kids came up for an afternoon of super good times.  Daniel said it was the best day ever. 

My favorite thing to do is go out on the boat at sunset.

We can't leave Buckley out.  He has just become a water dog.  If he is not in the water, he is asleep on the boat.  Forget him coming into the cabin....y'all, he sleeps on the BOAT.  It is hilarious.  He loves it so.  We don't have to worry about him running off because he is literally stuck to us like Velcro or ON THE BOAT.  He is a nut.

Bryan and I celebrated our 6th wedding anniversary over the weekend with a wonderful dinner at Spring House.  

I miss Tara so much and even though when we both lived in Birmingham, I really didn't see her a ton, it still was nice just knowing that she was in town.  But now, we actually see each other all of the time at the lake AND our boys get to play together.  WIN, WIN!

We had a surprise visit Saturday evening from Big Dog, SuSu, and Della.  They were moving Della in at Auburn and got finished early so they headed over for dinner and a boat ride. 

We also got to see Reid's precious friend Harrison and his family too!  Fun times and thankfully, no one got a sunburn!
