Banks' Birthday Party

Banks loves a construction site and any kind of construction vehicle.  So naturally, we had a dump truck party today.   I decided that this year might be the last year that I can get away with just a family party and it was very fun!

Banks loves wearing his construction hat around the house....today, not so much.  Oh well.

Daniel was very curious about Banks' reward/behavior chart.....interesting.

We had steak fajitas and tacos.  Bryan grills the BEST skirt steak.  I will post the recipe soon I promise!

Banks was digging into the tacos and cheese.  yum!

Michael and Leigh Anne

Nana and Papa

Dirt cake is very good, people!

Reid got a baby dump truck from Big Dog and was so happy.

Another boy for Big Dog!!!  It's a boy, Buckley, who now weighs 20 pounds. We're growing a big one over here.

November 23, Banks' Birthday

Saturday was Banks' real birthday.  I can hardly believe he is 3 years old.  Naturally, it started out with his favorite things, powdered donuts and an excavator, of course.

We then braved the chili weather and headed to Tuscaloosa for the Bama game.  My boys were literally in 5 layers of clothes.  No complaints about being cold though!

We met up with Sissy, Michael, and Papa.

Proof that Bryan was in the stadium.  Bama is not his favorite team but he was a darn good sport about everything...even taking one for team and sporting the baby bjorn.

We got lucky.  A friend here in Montgomery gave us her tickets.  We did have to hike up the ramps but luckily hitched a ride on the golf cart on the way down.  I think they felt sorry for us when they saw the boys and made sure we got the first spot on the next cart.

Sweet Reid.  He got good and warm and snoozed most of the first half.

Late October/November

Here are a few photos from what we have been doing over the past month.

We visited some friends in New Orleans, the Collins family.

The next day, we met Big Dog and SuSu at the New Orleans zoo.

I tried to snap a few pics of my soon to be 3 year old.

Banks had his little birthday celebration at school.

Banks performed at his school's Thanksgiving celebration.

This little hunk of angel love is 7 months old!!!!!

Oh my how cute is he???  He is sitting up, almost crawling, and SO happy!

And these 2 kids have been playing and getting to know each other.  I never thought it would be, but Casey actually likes him!  Oh, it is so cute to see them playing.  I think this time, Casey was asleep or resting and Buckley woke her up to play.  I am so in love with my oldest and youngest babies.
