Last week, we went to East Hampton, NY to visit one of my best friends and her family. It is hard to believe that I have known Margot for 20 years! Goodness, it seems like yesterday that we were at Georgetown.
We took Banks and he was super pumped to go on his very first flight!
We got there, had dinner, and put these 3 to bed. Carter was so sweet reading to Avery and Banks.
We hit the beach on Monday and the weather was PERFECT!
Then, we swam in the pool and relaxed.
We went to East Hampton Point for dinner and the sunset was amazing.
Ice cream in town after dinner is a summer must up there.
The next day, we shopped and had lunch and the kids slept ALL afternoon. It was nice for us just to relax and get ready for dinner at Sunset Beach on Shelter Island and to celebrate Margot's birthday.
Margot and her Mom, Dolores (who is the perfect hostess).
We played a quick round of mini-golf the next day in Montauk and then it was off to the airport for us. It was a quick trip, but 4 days is about all I can stand to be separated from my Reid right now.
