6 pounds, 8 ounces

Ricky and Brooke had a healthy baby boy and baby Sydney is the answer to many many prayers.  

Aunt Elk is on niece/nephew #5 and counting....

Look at this precious little family.  Brooke joked that she hasn't even need a boppy pillow because Jack (the one on the right) has pretty much turned himself into one.  Sweet kids.  

 

Jingle Bell Buffet

Our favorite family tradition for the past 5 years has been to all go to The Club to the Jingle Bell Buffet.  The kids love visiting Santa, the view is simply the best, the food is delicious, the Hoover High School Band is the most festive and talented bunch of youngsters and our personal favorite, and the kids have a ball dancing on the dance floor.

Is that the real Santa?

Last weekend, we started out at my good friend, Mandy Bailey's house for her Christmas playdate.  Look who was there!  Santa!  Right when we walked into the front door, there he was waiting for my boys to sit in his lap.  They were so excited!

On Sunday, we headed over to Wynlakes for the Holiday Open House. 



Guess who was there too?  Santa.  Well, that prompted a series of questions from Banks, mostly including "Mommy, is that the real Santa Claus?"  geeeezzz.

We are always trying to get a picture...somehow this is what we end up getting on camera.  

Look how much my boys have grown, especially my baby Reid.  Goodness, they are getting bigger every day.  This was taken at Wynlakes just one year ago. 

Thanksgiving

We spent Thanksgiving Day in Tallassee.  My mom had the house looking very festive and it got us all in the mood for some good food and laughter.
